• Customers must provide accurate information while making a booking.
• Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle and driver availability.
• We reserve the right to contact the customer to confirm or clarify booking details.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from Pondicherry Tour Cab.

02 Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct details, including:

• Name
• Mobile number
• Pickup location
• Drop-off location
• Travel date and time
• Number of passengers
• Other relevant travel details

Pondicherry Tour Cab is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

03 Fares and Payments

• Taxi fares will depend on the selected service, route, vehicle type, distance, and other applicable charges.
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, permits, waiting time, or other applicable expenses.
• The final fare will be communicated to the customer as applicable before or during the booking.
• Customers are responsible for making the agreed payment for the service.

04 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Customers should inform us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a booking.
• Cancellation or rescheduling charges may apply depending on the booking and timing.
• Any applicable refund will be processed according to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

05 Pickup and Waiting Time

• Customers are requested to be available at the agreed pickup location and time.
• Additional waiting charges may apply if the vehicle has to wait beyond the applicable complimentary waiting period.

06 Travel and Vehicle Conditions

• Passengers must follow applicable traffic and safety rules.
• Seat belts should be used wherever provided.
• Customers must not damage or misuse the vehicle.
• Any damage caused by a passenger may be recoverable from the responsible customer.
• Smoking or any prohibited activity inside the vehicle is not permitted.

07 Luggage

• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage during the journey.
• Pondicherry Tour Cab is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

08 Route and Travel Delays

• Travel time may vary due to traffic, road conditions, weather, vehicle restrictions, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time in circumstances outside our reasonable control.

09 Driver and Vehicle Changes

In certain circumstances, we may provide a different vehicle or driver from the one initially expected, subject to availability and operational requirements.

10 Prohibited Activities

Customers must not use our vehicles or services for:

• Illegal activities
• Transportation of prohibited goods
• Activities that may endanger the driver, passengers, or public
• Any activity prohibited under applicable laws

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
